It’s an exciting time because these new insights give us the opportunity to grow into healthier, more vibrant versions of ourselves.
I created Whole You, True You to help you do just that. I’m Terri, a wellness practitioner, communicator, and lifelong learner who pivoted my career into a focus on Wellness after facing a personal health struggle that truly changed my mindset and knowledge of health and wellness. It was an experience that led me to dig deep, ask questions, and find my way to better health. Now, I’m here to empower you to do the same—by sharing fresh, science-backed insights, practical advice, and maybe even a little push to rethink how you approach your own well-being.
At the heart of everything I do is family. I have a wonderfully supportive husband, Dave, and we are blessed with a growing crew of children and grandchildren who light up our world. They remind me every day of what really matters—living well, loving deeply, and finding joy in the journey. That’s what this blog is all about.
