What do centurions have in common? What is their secret to a long, healthy, and joy-filled life? There's a lot we can learn from this special set of people.
This book made me wish I could spend the day with a Centurian from Japan or Greece, hearing about their secret of Ikigai: Knowing and embracing their "reason to live."

Follow this up with the Netflix documentary 'Secrets of the Blue Zones' to meet a few of these people and learn more about their healthy eating habits and peaceful way of living.

This author shares really interesting insights on how our experiences shape the decisions in how we care for our bodies. He helps his readers understand how those decisions can have implications connected to chronic health conditions such as autoimmune disorders.

This is a great book for anyone struggling with unexplained health issues. You might find some clues that you haven't yet seen.

I liked this one so much that I purchased the hard back after listening to the audio version.

Lives Woven and Stolen: I enjoyed the way this author wove these lives together and showed how families can hurt, love, and forgive even when everything is complicated and messy.

Couldn't put this one down! Barbara Davis is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. There are several of her books on my Shareworthy shelf.

I've always wanted to learn to sketch, and It's no surprise that I love to journal. So I couldn't resist the book. It piqued my interest but his video tutorials reduced the intimidation and gave me the courage to give sketching a try. It turns out that my sketches aren't too bad, and I'm enjoying the process of practicing.
